A very special workshop that we will carry out with M\u00f3nica Custodio, where through Nature, its elements, painting, sounds and silence, we will live a deep experience of consciousness, creativity and well-being.<\/p>\n

The workshop consists of two parts:<\/p>\n

The first, on October 11, will be in Punta Falconera, Roses. In this magical place within the Cap de Creus Natural Park, we will connect with the elements of the sea and the wind, very present in this area.<\/p>\n

The second, on November 22, will be in La Garrotxa, and there we will connect with the earth and fire elements.<\/p>\n

Both workshops will be from 10 a.m. to approximately 6 p.m. We will work with meditation, sensitivity, painting and sounds with their silences of Nature.<\/p>\n

Un taller muy especial que realizaremos con M\u00f3nica Custodio, donde a trav\u00e9s de la Naturaleza, sus elementos, la pintura, los sonidos y el silencio, vamos a vivir una experiencia profunda de consciencia, creatividad y bienestar.<\/p>\n

El taller consta de dos partes:<\/p>\n

La primera, el dia 11 de octubre, ser\u00e1 en Punta Falconera, Roses. En este m\u00e1gico lugar dentro del Parc Natural de Cap de Creus, conectaremos con los elementos del mar y el viento, muy presentes en esta zona.\u00a0<\/p>\n

La segunda, el 22 de noviembre, ser\u00e1 en la Garrotxa, y all\u00ed conectaremos con el elemento tierra y fuego.<\/p>\n

Ambos talleres ser\u00e1n de 10h de la ma\u00f1ana hasta las 18h aproximadamente.
