We gravitate around
a world of sound
and frequencies
Sound is essential for me.
Achieving wellbeing is understanding
the frequencies that place you
where you want to be.
We are surrounded by sounds
that are useless if we don’t understand them,
if we don’t use them to balance
our emotions.
I’ve been searching for many years
that frequency, those sounds
that connect us in an accurate way
with the right vibration
of our wellbeing.
From this search emerges my encounter
with the tibetan bowls
and other pure and comforting sound sources.
